ItineraryStart and EndPoint: Hato El Boral Natural Reserve. Start time : 8:00 a.m. End time: 6:00 p.m. The reserve awaits you with a refreshing welcome snack, where you can meet the family of llaneros that make up this beautiful natural reserve.
In the morning hours you will be able to walk through the wooded trails of the Pirichigua stream and the immense marshes of the flooded savannah.
You will also be able to share field work with the workers of the herd and participate in handicraft and livestock activities that are usually carried out on the property.
You will enjoy a delicious lunch in front of the immensity of the flooded savannah.
Depending on your preferences and experience in horseback riding, you can go on horseback rides throughout the day, or if you prefer, combine the morning with the activities described above, and in the afternoon, ride to places like the La Miel wetland to enter the immensity of the more than 2,500 hectares that make up the Reserve. Recommendations (I suggest that this be a section on the page, because in general they are the same for all plans)
- Wear comfortable, cool, quick-drying clothing, ideally in earth tones that allow for greater camouflage in the natural landscape.
Pants and long sleeve shirts. - Cap or hat (visit Florentino our allied hat store in Yopal).
- Rubber or waterproof boots (depending on size and availability they can be supplied by us), and comfortable and safe closed shoes.
- Raincoat and dry bags for equipment.
- Sun block and insect repellent.
- Water bottle, thermos or camelback.
- Sunglasses.

- Flashlight, spare batteries, photography equipment, binoculars.
- A medium sized assault backpack for use during activities.
